Return Policy

  • Returns will be issued refunds in the form of an E-Gift Card for store credit

  • In order to qualify for a refund, we must receive your refund within 14 days of being delivered. If 14 days have passed since the delivery date no store credit or exchange will be given.

  • To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in, including tags.

  • The customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your items.

Processing Time for Returns

  • Please allow 3-7 business days to process your return

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
